Change of Major Form

To change your major, campus or semester start, complete this Change of Major form located at xkd007.com/forms. Your request will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation from M State within one week.

To be effective for the current semester, change of major requests must be made by the end of the add period (the third day of the semester). Requests received after the add period has ended will become effective on the first day of the next academic semester.
